Development of the basics of intellectual and neural network data analysis in measuring the level of competence formation of university students

The research is aimed at improving the tools for implementing a competence-oriented training program in a modern university. The object of the study is the competence–oriented educational process in Institutions in Higher Education.
The purpose of the work is to develop a universal methodology for measuring the quality of education, which is in demand when conducting public accreditation of universities, public and professional accreditation of educational programs, as well as student certification.
Research objectives:
- analysis of the problem of assessing the quality of learning outcomes in the accreditation of universities and educational programs in the context of the competence approach;
- study of the key provisions of the theory of pedagogical measurements, as well as promising approaches to the development of measuring instruments;
- characteristics of the processes of development and certification of certification tests, development of forms of test tasks.
The results of the study can be used by specialists who carry out an examination of the quality of education during public accreditation of universities and public-professional accreditation of educational programs, will be useful in training personnel in a wide range of pedagogical specialties, as well as in professional development and retraining of employees of the education system. The materials of the work are also of interest to researchers and specialists in the field of testing.
