The research is aimed at understanding current problems and finding solutions in the field of copyright. The purpose of the project is a comprehensive study of the features and current problems of judicial protection of the rights of authors of scientific and literary works in the Russian Federation at the present stage. The object of the study is a set of materials reflecting the regulatory framework and law enforcement practice in the field of protection of authors' rights in the Russian Federation.
The results of the study should be:
- analytical materials on the specifics of legal regulation of relations in the field of the use and protection of the rights of authors of scientific and literary works;
- a set of information about practical problems arising as a result of violation of exclusive copyrights;
- generalizing materials on conceptual and practical issues of countering plagiarism in the field of science and literature;
- review of judicial practice on the protection of the rights of authors of scientific and literary works with the identification of its specific features and current problems;
- proposals for optimizing measures aimed at protecting and protecting the rights of authors of scientific and literary works, as well as countering potential violations in this area.
The research is intended to help researchers, university teachers, journalists, as well as anyone interested in copyright issues.
